Breakdown of how the jewel system works:

1. Tier 3 Jewels:
   • Tier 3 jewels are the pinnacle of Earth2’s jewel hierarchy.
   • To create a Tier 3 jewel, combine three Tier 2 jewels of the same color. This means you’ll need a total of nine base jewels to craft a Tier 3 jewel.
   • The process:
     1. Combine three Tier 1 jewels to form a Tier 2 jewel.
     2. Combine three Tier 2 jewels of the same color to create a Tier 3 jewel.
   • These Tier 3 jewels provide a 2% boost to resource production and can also enhance the essence transformation rate of properties by 3%.
2. New Jewel Combinations:
   • Earth2 recently introduced 28 new combinations by combining Tier 3 jewels of different colors.
   • These new jewels include Amber, Andalusite, Aquamarine, Azurite, Bloodstone, Catseye, Chrysocolla, Emerald, Garnet, Jade, Malachite, Obsidian, Opal, Prehnite, Peridot, Pyrite, Ruby, Serpentine, Slate, Sodalite, Spinel, Sunstone, Tigereye, Topaz, Turquoise, Titanite, Tanzanite, and Zircon.
   • Each of these jewels contributes to resource production and essence transformation.
3. Jewel Upgrades:
   • Crafted jewels start as cracked versions.
   • You can upgrade them using shards:
     • 8 Shards = Cloudy
     • 25 Shards = Common
     • 50 Shards = Clear
     • 84 Shards = Luminous
4. Slotting Jewels:
   • Jewels can be slotted onto your virtual land.
   • The number of slots depends on the land size and tier.
   • Slotting the same type and color of jewel on the same property decreases the effect of increased essence and resources (from +3% to +2%).
5. Extra Slots:
   • Single-tile Tier 1 properties now have 5 slots, and all Tier 2 properties have 3 slots.
   • This change allows you to take advantage of the new variants.
